Are your properties fully documented?
Yes. Every property we sell comes with proper legal documentation. This includes a Survey Plan, Deed of Assignment, and we work diligently to obtain a Global Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) for all our estates. We conduct full due diligence on every piece of land before offering it to our clients.
Do you manage properties you did not develop?
Yes. You do not need to have bought from us. If you own a property anywhere in Lagos, whether a single home, an apartment building, or multiple units, we can manage it for you. Our management services are open to all property owners.
What property management services do you offer?
We offer complete property management for owners, including:
Tenant sourcing and screening
Rent collection and remittance
24/7 maintenance and repairs coordination
Regular property inspections
Monthly financial statements
Legal support for evictions or lease renewals
You own the property. We handle everything else.
Can foreigners or Nigerians in the diaspora use your services?
Yes. Whether you want to buy a developed property or have us manage an existing one, we work with Nigerians abroad and foreign investors. We offer virtual site tours, digital document signing, secure payment channels, and remote management reporting. You do not need to be physically present.
What happens if a development project is delayed?
Delays are rare at Krownley Property Development because we plan carefully. If unforeseen circumstances occur (weather, material shortages, regulatory approvals), we communicate proactively and transparently. You will never be left in the dark. Regular progress updates are provided to all buyers.
Can I visit a development site before purchasing?
Yes, and we encourage it. Site visits to our development projects are available every Saturday and Sunday by appointment. You can walk the land, see ongoing construction, and meet our team. Seeing is believing.
Do you offer payment plans for developed properties?
Absolutely. For our development projects (land and homes), we offer flexible, interest-free payment plans ranging from 12 to 24 months. A typical structure is 10% initial deposit to reserve your plot or home, followed by convenient monthly or quarterly installments.
